Welcome to Harmony with Heart, an app by Yogi Divine Society Canada ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our app ("Harmony with Heart"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
You must be at least 4 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
1. Registration: Registration is mandatory to use the App. During registration, we collect your first name, last name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, address, marital status, immigration status, occupation details, emergency details (blood group, emergency contact person), and profile picture photo. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information up-to-date.
2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Termination: Administrators hold the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time at their discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
1. Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
2. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.
4. Interfere with the App's operation or security.
5. Use the App to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content.
1. User-Generated Content: Any content uploaded on the App is owned by the event creator within the application. The event creator has the ownership of content and intellectual property. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
2. Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. User data collected at the registration of an account on the app is securely stored in our database and used to identify the person registered at the event.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors.
1. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
2. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the App, and your continued use of the App after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We are a non-profit organization operating this App to facilitate community engagement and participation in events organized by Yogi Divine Society Canada.
